I think it is probably the best restaurant in the neighbourhood, even though slightly pricier than most.

This is my favorite restaurant. The owners are incredibly kind and the food is phenomenal.

A popular store that I have been interested in for a long time. When I stopped by on a Friday in September 2008, only one counter was vacant, so I entered without a reservation. The counter is also separated by one seat, and is partitioned with vinyl. There was a large selection of Japanese sake. About 3 kinds of rare craft beer. The food is delicious anyway, and the dashi is the best. The homemade thick fried tofu and sashimi were especially great. A glass of beer, plenty of food, and about 9,000 yen for two people. There are many seasonal items, so it's a wonderful shop that you want to visit regularly.
