[Junmaiya Dei] is a Japanese restaurant located about 3 minutes walk from Musashi-Koyama Station on the Tokyu Meguro Line. It's a very homely restaurant with only 8 seats at the counter. No matter what I eat, all the dishes prepared by the master are delicious. First of all, the sashimi platter is arranged for each person and there are 5 items. My recommendation is the bonito tataki, which is grilled on the spot and you don't eat it with salt, but it's really delicious! ! Also, the crab cream croquette is piping hot and delicious! The main focus is on seafood and seafood, but if you like Japanese sake, please listen to the master's recommended sake while you drink it.LOL It's a mystery why fish and sake go so well together.
I had the sashimi platter, and it was all fresh and delicious! The raw whitebait had no smell and was delicious. As for Japanese sake, you can feel the attention to detail, such as placing katsukoma, which is produced in small quantities, and selling rare seasonal items. If you want to have Japanese food and sake, come on!
