A restaurant focused on horse meat. It's pretty good - I enjoyed all four preparations I tried.

Izakaya specializing in horse meat. Their menu is pretty extensive, ranging from the usual horse sashimi to grilled horse steaks, stews and tartare, as well as some Kyushu specialties such as grilled Izumo shiitake and awajishima onions. All their drinks are domestic, meaning wines beers and liquors are all made in Japan. Great selection of nihonshu(sake) including the traditional type and newer types. One of the more interesting choices is Kawazuru olive east, a Kagawa prefecture nihonshu fermented using olive-based yeast. Good selection of shochu as well. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and they even hand-write your name on the menu if you reserve ahead of time.

Lovely place. Horse meat is the specialty (raw or not) + veggies, tofu and drinks. Very patient with English speaking custumers
