Super welcoming. Staff were attentive and gave great recommendations. The Japanese beef and sea urchin sushi was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. The potato salad as also amazing.

We had such an amazing experience at Totorou for dinner! Yuka in particular was a delight and made us feel very welcome and taken care of, so sweet and the best energy with plenty of great recommendations. We sampled a lot of food and drinks from the menu and loved them all. The sashimi set is a huge deal for ¥500 and other favorites include the crab cream croquette, uni and beef sushi, kaihoyaki, potato salad, fried potatoes with seaweed whipped butter, and the clay pot salmon and roe. Delicious sours, our favorites were the ginger lemon and honey lemon! Thank you so much for having us and being a highlight of our trip to Tokyo!

what an amazing cozy izakaya!! great selection of food and amazing hospitality. i loved it. has a very nice vibe, we were sitting upstairs in the attic kinda room. i will be back there again, and its nice on the pockets too. you can get a sashimi set for 550 yen, which is a banging deal, but you cannot reorder it 😁 i would also recomment the beef/uni sushi as well as the potato salad. the place was packed so you might have to wait a little on the weekends.
