Once in 2020, With Corona is now back. As usual, it was full and very busy. It's run by a husband and wife team, and they seem to get along well, so it's a nice atmosphere. Higawari Obanzai is lined up at the counter every day, giving it an unimaginable Showa feel given the location. It looks like Tora-san is sitting at the counter drinking. Sorry, it's a small restaurant, but I made a reservation for four people. Of course, I don't think you can sit down even on weekdays without a reservation. I went there for obanzai, so I pointed to the obanzai lined up at the counter and ordered 4-5 large bottles of beer. The bill was 5500 yen. picture? Did you eat and drink so much? If I lived nearby, I would go there almost every day. It's probably the best shop in Tokyo.

It's right next to the railroad crossing of Shinsen Station on the Inokashira Line. Inside, local regulars have been drinking a cup since the opening. There is no menu table, and the type to order what you like from the dishes lined up at the counter. What surprised me was the deep-fried chicken, which was marinated before being fried (raw, of course) on the counter and was fried after receiving an order. In addition, there is a wide variety of sake, especially Japanese sake. The side dishes and sake were so good that I was a little nervous about how much it cost at the end, but I decided to revisit at a surprisingly reasonable price of 3,000 yen.
