Thanks to your invitation, I was able to come back to the holy land of Japanese sake. The main dish on this day is duck hot pot! Add udon to the delicious leftover soup and it's delicious twice. Add natto omelette, avocado, fins, and egg. I think it's the first time I've added it, but all of them go well with sake. Four people can enjoy 14 kinds of sake. It was great to be able to drink salmon Musashi from Imami and Kayoyoku... As usual, the Japanese sake lineup here is amazing. hope i can visit again.
