Mom is the best. Mother of Harajuku. 4th floor of the building at the corner of Omotesando and Meiji Dori. The first floor used to be Lotteria, and the tenant as of April 2023 is COACH. This is a very good restaurant, with ingredients sourced from Hachijojima, delicious seafood, the mother's personality, and prices. It used to be great for smokers because you could smoke, but I wonder what's going on now. I frequent the store quite a bit, use it at work, and am good friends with my mom, but if it was a non-smoking store, I definitely would have visited it more.
