I probably wouldn't go again because it is a bit of a hassle trying to catch your fish. But definitely should try this at least once!! The bait doesn't work (none of the fish are interested), so you will need to use the rod with the hook. We wanted to catch a small bream (because we ordered a large set menu) but it is way too hard to target small fish. Ended up hooking the most expensive fish. Ate it as a sashimi. Great stuff - but way too much food. Food just kept coming out in waves. Finished it all. We are so fat.

Very unique restaurant experience. You get to catch your own fish and they then prepare it for you (tempura, sashimi, grilled) immediately.

Very fun catching your own fish you can choose two ways you want your fish cooked and as bonus at the end they will turn the bones into miso soup we had a great time
