This store opened in May last year. It's open until 4 a.m., so it's perfect for those who missed the last train or those who want to enjoy a relaxing drink on the weekend. A solid counter seat in a jet-black space. There is also a semi-private room that can accommodate a large number of people, and office workers who probably work in the surrounding area were enjoying a drinking party!! You can enjoy a relaxing drink, or you can have fun casually. I thought I could see a surprising side of Azabu. We are particularly particular about shochu and sake, and there are rows of brand-name bottles lined up above the counter. Our recommendations for the day were Abe (Niigata Prefecture), Mutsu Hassen (Aomori), and Ryusei Hiyayaoroshi Hattan (Hiroshima). We also have a wide selection of sour and non-alcoholic drinks. The signature dish is the ``hot pot charred rice'' which is inspired by Chinese cuisine! Because the kitchen is open, you can watch the steaming hot rice being made in the wok from behind the counter. The thick sauce is filled with supple shark fins and has a dark, nostalgic feel to it. It's unusual that they make use of the dark spots. We also have truffle sauce and seafood chili sauce, so you can choose according to your mood. ``Dashi-maki tamago'' made with ``Ranno'' from Oita Prefecture, which is eye-catching with its shine and rise. You can't leave without eating this too! Adding egg to egg...A luxurious tamagoyaki that defies common sense. The ``Assorted Sashimi'' is a gorgeous plate filled with fresh fish that was purchased directly from fishermen in Aomori. If you want to pair it with sake or shochu, please click here. Medium fatty fish, red meat, red sea bream, amberjack, flounder And Hokkaido sea urchin with sudachi and salt. Because of its freshness, you don't even need to add soy sauce to it, and you can't help but say, "This delicious food at such a reasonable price!" "Easy stir-fry of corn and shrimp" Uses the brand "Dakekimi" corn from Aomori Prefecture. One grain is so sweet that it fills your mouth, as if you were licking a sugar cube. It's no exaggeration to say that I had the best corn I've ever eaten in my life. ``Oyster Fried Dashi'' A deep-fried oyster soup made with ginger mixed in a nutritious soup stock. Personally, I recommend adding table-top black pepper as it gives an accent and further enhances the rich flavor of the oysters. ``Jumbo Meat Shumai'' is a hidden signature menu item that is said to be the breadwinner of the restaurant's regular customers. The meat is so juicy and chewy that you won't be able to fill your mouth with just one bite. Adding black vinegar to sweet meat will enhance the aftertaste. ``Today's sweetness'' is Matcha Bavarois. An elegant finish that allows the flavor of the tea leaves to spread through the temperature of your mouth. Since it was my first visit, I ordered a course based on the restaurant's recommended menu. My stomach and heart were very satisfied. Azabu is an area that I don't go to very often, so I was a little nervous at first. I'm glad that the proprietress, Non-san, was so kind that in the end we were able to open up and enjoy the entire atmosphere of the shop.
