This place is a short walk distance from the Ebisu station. Always a good idea to call ahead and make reservations. The table behind us had many English speakers so it seems like a great place for Japanese and visitors from around the world. The food is reasonable and delicious, as well as unique. The staff were all so nice and quick to take on requests. Great ambiance, wonderful staff, and delicious, fresh, unique dishes add up to a 5-star for me!

This place is fabulous. No idea why it is rated 3.7. Locals are lining up to get in, the atmosphere is super fun, the staff is friendly, the food is FANTASTIC - it comes quickly and it’s delicious and sophisticated and pretty western friendly for tourists. I think this is actually my favorite meal I’ve had in Tokyo.

My go-to Izakaya in Tokyo. Hits the spot on food, service, and atmosphere every time.
