The soup stock is made with kelp, bonito, dried sardines, and mackerel. 🍟 As for the side menu, we recommend ``Potekin'', ``Yukari Potato'', and ``Miso Katsu Kushi''. The food prepared by the chef, who is originally from Nagoya, is something that touches my heart as a former resident of Aichi Prefecture. A restaurant where you can eat oden and kushikatsu depending on the season. The general looks quite intimidating, but when you talk to him, he responds in a very friendly manner. Every time I come here, I don't get to eat much because I have plans later... It's so frustrating that I've only been able to drink one cup and have a few snacks! Is delicious! ! The Hatcho miso oden and kushikatsu are both really delicious and make you feel nostalgic from the bottom of your heart.
