Shibuya City, Tokyo, Japan｜MASAYA SHOKUDOU Restaurant

We visited Harajuku Street and were terrified of falling for a tourist trap. This was not it, located on a quiet side street just a block or two away. It was mostly locals, which was a good sign. My wife is mobility impaired, so she was on a mobility scooter and unlike a lot of the other restaurants this one was on the ground floor and had a small ramp to the entrance. They were very accommodating and had an English version of the menu. We had Maguro zuke-don and it was delicious and unbelievably inexpensive. So was the Sapporo on draft. Excellent lunch for two was the equivalent of $21!!!

Delicious sashimi and pork cutlet. Good beer and warm sake too!

We were just walking from Takeshita Street to Shibuya and stumbled upon this place. Was kinda hesitant as there was no queue unlike other places on the main drag. What a relief that this place is actually quite good and prices were great.
