I had dinner with my juniors from the company I used to work at. It was very delicious and fun! thank you very much. First, the appetizer is Umekai-style shellfish. You know what drinkers like! It was a masterpiece of five kinds of sashimi, including bluefin tuna, squid, giant grouper, oyster fish, and gurnard (perhaps sea bass?), which was thick and savored with the aroma of the fish and the deliciousness of the fat. The highlight is the Isobe-age scallops. The sweetness and texture of the scallops combined with the seaweed and fried punch were delicious! The whole dried sardines are also fragrant. Finish off with island sushi. Sushi with black rock seaweed and hata (?). It was delicious. In the end, it took a long time from the time the store opened to the time we stopped ordering.
