Almost in chock after an unmatched culinary experience! Best food i had in Tokyo, maybe best i've EVER had. A true hidden gem. Joe is a master of flavours and a very friendly host!

Could possibly be the most delicious food I've ever had. All flavors perfectly balanced, and my taste buds are still trying to comprehend what just happened. Food will never be the same after this, I promise you. A huge thanks to owner/chef Joe. A true master of the culinary art.
