It was right next to Toranomon Station, and since it was before the consecutive holidays, it was crowded with people who seemed to be having a company drinking party. The summer menu looked delicious, so I ordered bone-in lamb chops, unagizaku cream cheese, and deep-fried shrimp with corn. The taste was good, but the arrangement was polite and the tension increased with the appearance. As a Suntory series, the beer is premol. You can also drink Tokyo craft. I also got a beer ball. I went without a reservation, but I was able to adjust my seat and have a lot of fun in an hour.
An izakaya located on the 1st floor of the Shin-Toranomon Business Hall directly connected to Toranomon Station. The menu that I and my companions were interested in was the meat platter, lava stone grilling, and grilled shabu-shabu. So, I decided to make a course with all-you-can-drink that you can enjoy all three types. We enjoyed a banquet where you can enjoy [Two kinds of lean beef grilled on lava stones], [Cold meat platter], and [Grilled Japanese black beef shabu-shabu], and a course with all-you-can-drink. Kotobuki's cold meat platter includes beef tongue, beef heart, chicken liver, horse sashimi, and roast beef nigiri. The beef tongue and beef heart are cooked at a low temperature, so the umami is tightly condensed and the sweetness of the meat that spreads in your mouth is the best. It's super soft, but you can really feel the chewy texture of the tongue and just the right amount of crunchiness of the heart. The chicken liver also has a rich flavor. The feeling of melting in your mouth is irresistible. The horse meat sashimi, with its mellow sweetness, was also delicious with plenty of fresh umami. Sea urchin is on the roast beef! Luxurious meat sushi, rich and mellow sea urchin flavor... The strongest taste. This meat dish is a bit dangerous (in a good way, of course). The presentation and the beauty of the appearance are also wonderful impressions. Lava stone roasting was also dangerous ~. Skirt steak is extremely soft and full of wild flavor. You don't add anything to it, it's just as delicious. I was very impressed with the texture and taste of this. Is everything on the menu here bad? w Kuroge Wagyu beef and lettuce grilled shabu is also the best. The flavor of the meat mixed with the rich and luxurious sweetness of the sauce spreads in your mouth. The super-soft meat is full of umami, but the aftertaste is light and elegant with a gentle sweetness... It's a very luxurious taste. The lettuce that remains crunchy even after boiling is also very delicious... You will be enchanted by this luxurious taste. If I had an amazing stomach, I might have been eating forever lol The mellow, rich flavor of chawanmushi and fresh, flavorful bonito tataki. There is also a choregi salad with just the right amount of saltiness, and an exquisite white soup ramen with noodles that are just the right amount of elasticity in an elegant soup stock. Non-meat dishes were also very good. A very satisfying banquet with a variety of high quality dishes. The lively and stylish Japanese atmosphere of the shop was also wonderful, and I was able to spend a very comfortable and enjoyable time. It's a little hard to find from Toranomon Station, as it's a bit behind the exit. It's on the 1st floor of the building directly connected to Toranomon Station Exit 10, so it's about a 2-minute walk from the ticket gate. If you keep in mind that you will be behind, you will probably be able to reach it immediately without hesitation. The store is very clean as it just opened. The lively Japanese atmosphere is wonderful and comfortable, and the exquisite cuisine in a wonderful space will lift your mood. The clerk was pleasant, and the banquet was comfortable and fun, and alcohol was also progressing. I think the all-you-can-drink course is more profitable for someone like me who drinks a lot of alcohol. Even if you order a super-luxury cold meat platter separately, it costs 880 yen, so I think you can enjoy it reasonably even if you order a la carte separately.
Used twice for lunch on weekdays, around 12:30 and around 13:00. I visited by myself, but the customer at the counter got up from his seat at the right time, so I was able to enter without waiting. However, by the time I was able to buy it, there were about 3 pairs waiting, so it all depends on the timing. The first time, I ordered the soba + udon + sea bream meal set, and the second time I ordered the highlight, the sea bream meal Dorobou Gozen (all-you-can-eat sea bream meal, small side dish, pickled vegetables, raw egg, grated yam, miso soup, dashi soup, etc.). For lunch, all menus come with free refills of sea bream rice and miso soup, as well as soup stock for dorobou gozen and seafood bowl with bamboo shoots. The price is over 1,000 yen, which is Toranomon price, but the sea bream meal is so delicious that even when you're full, you'll end up asking for another helping. Highly recommended for lunch. I've only looked at the menu for dinner, but it looks delicious, with a focus on seafood.
