It's been a while since I started to appreciate the value of sake and food. There are real chefs here, and their work is very thorough. The skewered meat-wrapped tomatoes had just the right thickness and cookedness, and you could really taste the sweetness of the thin-skinned tomatoes. The sashimi was fresh, the cut was beautiful, and it was very delicious. The alcohol makes me sooty. There are a lot of recommended dishes, so I'd like to stop by again and try a lot of different dishes.
