Torakei, a public bar located 2 minutes on foot from the south exit of Nishiogikubo. It was almost full at the store around 21:00! Both drinks and food are cheap and delicious. Because it is yakiton, the inside of the store felt a little smoky, so people who care about smelling their clothes may want to be careful.
