One of my favorite ramen shops. I’ve visited Hinodeya several times and it never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I am quite fond of the clam ramen here. It just hits beautifully. If ever in Saiatama and looking for a ramen that chef’s kiss, this is the place.

I've been here for lunch several times and everything is really delicious. The lunch-set price is reasonable and the portions are the perfect size. The atmosphere is cozy and the owners are so friendly. I will return again and again!

I had gapao rice for lunch. was delicious. It looks colorful when served on a plate with salad and fresh spring rolls. I was able to adjust the spiciness. It contained a whole large chili pepper, so I was able to eat it without stirring it without it being spicy. The ingredients include vegetables that have a nice texture, and are designed as other people have written. I'm curious as they seem to have a variety of menus at night.
