Its good and delicious. I love the place
I visited the Shinkei Asagaya store, which is located a 1-minute walk from Asagaya Station in Suginami-ku, Tokyo. I had a drink in Asagaya for the first time in a while. Well, nothing has changed. Jeez. The soba restaurant and cozy corner on the second floor of the station building at the north exit haven't changed much from 30 years ago. Shinkei-san is a restaurant that serves delicious yakitori and is popular among students. It gets quite crowded from the evening. It was almost full on a weekday night. Asagaya on the Chuo Line is sandwiched between Ogikubo and Koenji, and Koenji in particular is known as a student town. Ogikubo is one of the most upscale residential areas in Suginami Ward. There aren't that many restaurants at Asagaya Station, which has always had a "floating" feel to it. There are many restaurants where you can enjoy delicious food in a calm atmosphere. The store has two floors, with table seats and a counter on the first floor. The second floor has a total capacity of about 60 people, mainly table seats. If you make a reservation next time and enter the store, there will be a sign saying that you will receive 1,320 yen per serving of mizutaki. It's a very interesting and generous attempt. This is a store where you can pay using a QR code. The staff are energetic and each dish is made with special care, so the many dishes that specialize in chicken are especially satisfying. The Japanese pepper on the table goes well with yakitori and other dishes. After toasting with draft beer, I ordered the following. ・Chicken skin Hakata Torikawa The chicken skin is coated with a sweet sauce and is crispy and juicy on the inside. One of the signature dishes here, it's full of flavor and delicious. Grilled corn...great for snacks. Liver: Large, fresh and delicious. The doneness is also good. Hatsu...something you'll want to try at any store. Adzuki bean: Harvested from the spleen near the heart and liver. This was also delicious as it is a rare part. I regret it...my other name is Hatsumoto, which may be a more well-known name. It was satisfying to eat. I think it's because the chirping occurs in the chicken's respiratory tract. It is a rare part because not much can be obtained from one bird. The seasoning is more delicious with the sauce. Each skewer is larger than usual and delicious. ・Half-fried chicken It's exactly half the size. I have the image of eating a huge piece of fried chicken, It's not too oily, and it's delicious even when eaten with salt and plum, and the seasoning is just right on its own. There is more volume than I expected. This is a must-order item here. ・1 serving of mizutaki. The mizutaki can be ordered for just one person, but it's enough for two people. It's a great deal if you get this much for one person. It's full of collagen, and I finished it off with rice porridge, which was delicious. Whatever chicken you eat here is delicious. What's more, there are many rare parts, and you can order from just one. Most hot pot dishes such as mizutaki are usually for 2 people or more, so the cost performance is good in that respect as well. The man who was part of the staff's sumo club was very nice, and the store manager was cheerful and cheerful and had a pleasant customer service. I apologize for bothering you again. Thank you.
