More Comments at Google MapBoth the ramen and the izakaya menu are of high quality. The charcoal-grilled local chicken, chicken nanban, and noodles are a must!
Tsukemen with whole body of kombu water at an izakaya thx! It's tsukeriki. Today, I would like to introduce the kelp water tsukemen from "Dareya Ya" in Asagaya! This will be my first visit to a restaurant that I have wanted to visit for a long time. This shop is not a tsukemen specialty shop, but an izakaya. I found it on SNS that the quality of the tsukemen prepared at the end was not good, and I became interested. What kind of cup would you like? Too much fun! <Appearance> Opened in May 2009. I found a shop in a back alley about a 3-minute walk from Asagaya Station. It has a warm appearance based on wood. Enter the store around 19:00 on weekdays without waiting time. Lucky because it seems to be a shop that usually has a lot of waiting! <Menu> There are four types of ramen available: soy sauce ramen, salt ramen, soy sauce tsukemen, and salt tsukemen. I'm also curious about the side menu such as grated yam and TKG! <Salt> Salt for gently putting on the noodles. Why is the compatibility of noodles and salt so good? <Overall> @Premium free-range chicken and bonito stock, ajitama soy sauce tsukemen (¥1,150) Arrive in about 15 minutes after ordering. The owner carefully prepares each cup. Overwhelming deliciousness that is transmitted from the visual! The noodle strings are also beautifully arranged. I'm really happy that the toppings are served separately. By the way, Dare Ya-san is a restaurant that offers a wide variety of handmade daily menus, including authentic Miyazaki local cuisine, Miyazaki Jitokko chicken dishes. Tsukemen is the final dish after having delicious food and delicious sake. All I can say is the best. <Noodles> Medium thin straight noodles are soaked in dense kelp water with bonito stock. You can fully enjoy the aroma of wheat even if you eat only noodles. Kelp water is so delicious! Is the amount of noodles about 200g? Pork rare char siu, raw grain pepper, Kujo green onion, and seaweed are on the noodles. It's a colorful visual. <topping> Pork belly char siu, soft-boiled egg, bamboo shoots, and vinegared tachibana are served on separate plates. This restaurant is particular about chicken, so the flavor of the seasoned egg is the best! It makes me want to eat more. <Soup> Tanrei soy sauce soup with chicken oil and green onion floating. The sharpness of the soy sauce and the chicken broth are perfectly balanced, and go well with the noodles! Hats off to the high quality that you wouldn't expect from a cup served at an izakaya. I'm convinced that it's delicious and it's going to be a topic. I slurped it vigorously and finished it in no time. I'm out of juice. <Summary> I had a ridiculous kombu water tsukemen at an izakaya that was particular about ingredients from Miyazaki Prefecture. Next time I have to go for the salt tsukemen. Thank you for the meal!
If you look at the Instagram account, it's a Miyazaki restaurant that only has ramen on it lol Tatsuta-age, charcoal-grilled, tataki, blanched liver hearts, etc. are all cheap and delicious. The ramen is not at the level of an izakaya as it just fills in the posts. Or rather, it is delicious at a level that surpasses specialty stores. I will definitely go again.
