More Comments at Google MapA yakitori and motsuyaki restaurant located in Tokyo Metropolitan Kasei. I visited a shop that I was interested in with a friend. I went there without making a reservation right after opening, but it seemed that it was quite full and there were customers who made reservations, so it seemed like it was a last minute sweat. First of all, toast with black hoppy! The amount of default Naka is quite large (lol) Before going to the pottery, first stew, tongue sashimi, skirt steak, and pickled cartilage with plum sauce. All of them were delicious, but I especially liked tongue sashimi and Harami Yukke. I should have eaten leba sesame too... You can also order grilled dishes from here. Chicken peas, tomato bacon rolls, potato chips, kashira, neck, etc... Skewer system is also outstandingly delicious ♪ The general was a baker and the hall was run by two proprietresses, so it might be better to order with plenty of time. (Just before we left, a part-time worker came and we became a three-person system.)
The stew is super delicious. It's completely different from the common commercial white giblets. The tendon meat is simmered until it becomes mushy and goes perfectly with the carbonated beer or highball. The skewers are grilled with great care and are fragrant on the outside and juicy on the inside! The homemade atsuage was also crunchy and delicious. The female staff at the hall are also attentive and have a smile. I guess it's a typical local restaurant whose reviews on Tabelog are completely unreliable.
Maruya of Tokyo Metropolitan Home Economics. My wife and I wanted to eat this rich and rich stew and had withdrawal symptoms. The chicken wings and celery are also delicious. It's also a fun time to have casual conversations with the staff that you can only find at a public bar. Public bars are an essential lifeline for city dwellers, connecting people.
