I called around 18:00. I was able to get to the counter only for those who came alone. Only those who come alone are drinking alone in silence. It was so fresh. It's a great system where you can stand and drink with cash, and if you leave coins on the desk, you can take the money from there when you're served drinks or food. Only the Whis Sour costs 370 yen, but the regular highball costs 290 yen. Most dishes cost around 200 yen, and chicken sashimi costs 260 yen. There is also a vending machine on the wall that dispenses shochu when you put money in it, like New Kayaba in Kayabacho. From Koenji Station, go through Dachibin-san, walk further, turn left at the crossroads that says "Are you going to turn here?", and you'll see an izakaya. Although it was in a back alley, it was a very nice izakaya.
