Excellent ramen bar! Tonkotsu style with your choice of shoyu, salt or miso bases; there's a lot of flavor in the soup. Hard to describe, but there's a lot going on and it's delicious. It's a small place, 10 maybe 12 seats? Menu is Japanese only, BUT the chef has an iphone with translations of the major items. All bowls come with chashu but you can add additional toppings at some additional costs. There's pork belly and pork "thigh." Each is seasoned differently so get slightly different flavor. If you want pork belly, ask for "bara" or "toro" and the chef will understand. Thigh is "momo." I had the shoyu based soup (soy sauce) with pork belly. I think it's cashless, I paid with PayPay Definitely deserves its high ratings and I'll definitely return.

The tonkotsu ramen broth was great. The chef was also really friendly and tried his best to accommodate to us even if we only know limited Japanese. Would recommend to anyone in the area who wants to try a shoyu ramen.
