I think I probably waited around 1 hour for this super popular restaurant. I have ordered 1st popular choice and … all proteins here (chicken, pork, beef and meatballs) harmonized with each other. But my all time favorite is the chicken, second the beef. If you are worried whether the broth is too salty or not, it wasn’t. The broth, soup, smell were on point. I am a little sad the noodles are not enough…it was indeed a delicious meal! Since the store banned customers from filming the kitchen, the way the chef percolating the noodles was handsome 😆💗✨

Imagine this. Rich flavor broth, 4 kinds of meat cooked in perfection plus truffles! We waited 2.5 hours in line because we came around 11:30 AM, and there are only 10 seats available. I'm glad the staff did a really great job, monitoring the line. They even remind customers who are done eating and just "socializing" that there are people waiting outside. Taking photos of the open kitchen is also prohibited. Better to come mid-day to avoid the long line.

Probably the best ramen I’ve ever had. We got the special, which adds truffle to an already amazing broth. Great noodles, and a variety of meats in the ramen (chicken, duck, pork). Queue took about 40 minutes on a Sunday night, but the food is served within 10 minutes of sitting down, so all in all it’s not that bad. Service was great overall! Beware for westerners, you’re expected to eat and get out quickly (eg, not oversocialize) given the number of people waiting outside. Not atypical for Japanese ramen spots!
