More Comments at Google MapDelicious! 🤌🏻 Im very satisfied. I like the mild saltiness, thin noodles, and tender chashu or meat. Good Service 👍
I had the Nodoguro ramen with salted egg topping. It's pretty good. A long time ago, I once treated an acquaintance to the salt-grilled sea bream (1,400 yen at an izakaya in Shibuya), which was really delicious, so I asked him what it was like. Yes, this is available. The elegant and deep flavor of Nodoguro comes out to the fullest in the soup stock. The saltiness is quite strong, so people who prefer lighter flavors may find it a bit salty, but I don't have any problems with it. Makes me want to throw some rice into it. The noodles are glossy, thin, and relatively firm. It has a crunchy sound in your mouth rather than a bubble, and has a pleasant texture. It also goes well with soup. The salted egg has a medium texture, and the white flavor has a strong flavor. The char siu is not runny, but firm and has a strong flavor. A cup without toppings costs 850 yen. This price is great for this quality. I would like to try other menu items as well.
good. Ao Kara oysters (900 yen) are really delicious. The oyster soy sauce really shines because the balance between the bright green chili peppers and the red chili pepper base is perfect. We also recommend the red sea bream pine bark chazuke (250 yen for lunch) made with this soup. It has a different taste from ramen and has become a popular ochazuke. The sea bream sashimi ramen shop is perfect. If I had to say it, the owner is a rather quiet type and there are some house rules, so I was a little confused as it was my first visit.
