It's a restaurant where you can order ramen and set meals for lunch. The charred green onion ramen looks black because the green onions are deep-fried, but it has a lingering taste along with the garlic that comes with it. The soup is sweet and salty, with chewy, straight and thick noodles, just on the edge of being crunchy and chewy. Typical taste of Higashi Ikebukuro Taishoken. There is a noodle making room to the left of the entrance, so I guess the noodles are homemade. The taste is similar to Shinjuku's Maruichi. The noodles are also plentiful and delicious. I like this type of chashu that is well-cooked. Can the eggs be soft-boiled? It also contains menma, which is a good deal for 750 yen. I sometimes go to Akishima, so I will repeat.
