Tachikawa, Tokyo, Japan｜Ramen Kagetsu Arashi

I have no idea what it is called properly, but they have a dish served in a skillet that I affectionately call "Crunchy Rice". I look forward to this dish every time I am in Tachikawa!

A 3-minute walk from the north exit of Tachikawa Station on the JR Chuo Line, there is a shop across from Don Quijote. Recently, many restaurants are closed during lunch time, so it's hard to find a place to eat lunch. In such a way, we are open without change, and we are very grateful. I chose Arashi Genkotsu Ramen at the ticket vending machine, and today I would like a salty bean sprout topping. The taste is as usual, excellent stability. Enjoy the taste change with ramen sauce and pot chives, and thank you for the meal today. In this day and age, it's hard just to open a store as usual, but I can't help but send a heartfelt cheer to the way it's managed with its innate service spirit. I sincerely hope that you will continue to be on the side of the humble worker for many years to come.
