The counter of the famous miso ramen shop on the way there was empty, so I walked around with peace of mind, which was sweet. Since I came all the way, I lined up, but it took several minutes. We sat in line for an hour. It was raining and it was cold🥶 Due to bad luck, it will take another 15 minutes to get to the bowl. It was quite cold and I was tired. This restaurant is apparently run by the owner who trained at Tora Shokudo, a famous Shirakawa ramen restaurant in Fukushima Prefecture. The specialty is the homemade noodles, which are made by hand-kneading, stepping on foot, and rolling out with green bamboo.You can choose between hand-made noodles and thin noodles, but it seems like they don't make thin noodles today, so it's hand-made noodles! The chicken bone-based soup has a simple and gentle flavor, and the rich soy sauce sauce is soothing and delicious. There were 3 pieces of chashu (roast and chicken), and they had a firm texture and just the right taste. There are two wontons with large fillings. It was plump and delicious. I ended up adding two flavored eggs because of the toppings, but they were half-cooked just right and were delicious. Definitely a repeat purchase. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal♪
