An excellent bowl of ramen. The pineapple is not so strong, but it adds a nice touch of sweetness every once in a while. Ask for extra garlic, it goes very well!

A unique ramen experience! This is a pineapple ramen, but also had that strong shrimp flavor (probably to cut down on the sweetness, tanginess, and acidity of the pineapple. It was really great! As unique as it may sound, the flavor is actually well blended. The noodles were also firm and had the al dente texture. Overall a great experience!

It’s been a while since I’ve had ramen and I didn’t want anything basic, I wanted something to slap me awake and tell me I’m alive. After a decent nap on the train, I was ready for my latest ramen bowl to chronicle in my brain. And up next was a shrimp shio based pineapple ramen. Yes, you already know since you’re reading this review that it has a bit of pineapple juice and chunks in it, but it won’t be complete unless you get the pineapple seasoned egg. It’s a soft boiled egg steeped in pineapple juice and it totally makes the bowl of ramen incredible. All the flavors were in concert with each other and none overpowered one another. My only regret is only getting one egg because having two would’ve been pinetastic! LOL I KNOW I KNOW I KEEEEL ME!
