This restaurant recommends Yokohama Tanmen. I visited a little after lunch and ate miso tanmen. The taste is a little bland and just right. There's something called half and half, but it seemed like a bit much. The side menus also looked delicious. Even though it's a chain, it had the image of a downtown Chinese restaurant.
