Good ramen.

The hand-made, flat, lightly curled noodles are so delicious that you'll want to chew on them. The soup is chicken-based and has a strong soy sauce flavor, making it delicious. It's not bland at all. I ordered the wonton noodles, and although the wontons aren't very strong, they are really good. The amount is not large, but you can make a large serving. This time I went for the first time, so I ordered a regular portion, but next time I go, I'll probably order a large portion. The inside of the store is not small, but the only seats are at the counter. If you are going with your family or a group, please understand and be careful as there is a high possibility that you will have to wait a little while the seats are adjusted. It seems that the store is only open during the day from 11:00 to 15:00. There are 5 parking spaces next to the store. Although it faces the street, it is not very noticeable, so if you are driving, please be careful not to drive past it. The Lawson across from Lotus will be your landmark.

I challenged Shirakawa Ramen. I was also attracted to the special Chinese food, but I ordered wonton noodles for 950 yen. Flat noodles and a light seafood-based soy sauce soup. It's close to Kitakata ramen, so if you like it, you might be hooked. Char siu is a hard type. The taste is soaked, so the compatibility with noodles is good. Wonton stays delicious even after a long time without melting. The soup was light, but the oil on the surface and the richness of the soup were not unsatisfactory and the taste was satisfying. When I looked to the side, the char siu bowl of the person next to me looked so delicious that I regretted saying, "Oh, I should have asked." Thank you for the delicious ramen, although it is a little difficult to understand. I envy the locals who have a store like this nearby. Please keep up the good work. There seems to be a parking lot next to it, so it's okay if you have a car.
