I ate green onion salt ramen. According to reputation, the soup is quite delicious and impressed. I waited for a while because it was Saturday, but the turnover is fast because there are many single customers and it is provided immediately after ordering.

It may be rude to say this, but the atmosphere is the complete opposite of other beautiful ramen shops with long lines, but the taste is outstanding. When eaten with salt ramen, the quality of the soup is so delicate and complex that even the most discerning taste buds will be surprised. The chashu pork is also a perfect match for the elegant soup. If I had to really say it, if they put a little effort into the noodles, it would definitely be the best in Japan. There are similar restaurants near Tama Reien Station that have similar lines, but if you have time to wait in line for a normal taste, you should come to this restaurant. Second visit. At first, I ate salt menma ramen. Menma is soft and delicious! I didn't like menma that much, but this one is really delicious. The transparent soup of Mongolian rock salt also feels like the salt. Salt ramen that you definitely want to eat when you have a hangover (laughs) This time I chose salted green onion ramen. It's not just the usual hot and bitter green onions, but it's crispy and delicious without being soaked in the soup. Chopped char siu is also very good! I was the first to go there right after the store opened, but it's a small store with only counter seats, so it gets crowded quickly.
