There are seven counter seats, so depending on the time of day, it's often full and there's a line outside. All of the ramen is great, and I like the miso flavor, especially the spicy miso ramen. The noodles are thick and chewy, which is very good. I've been going here for several years now, and I feel that the quality of the taste has improved year by year, such as the level of salt being more consistent.
I ate Akasaka Komachi (soy sauce pork bone). I ask for one extra flavored egg during the lunch service. I thought the soup was salty, but I wasn't that thirsty. I realized that I wasn't drinking much water. I don't think they use any strange inflections. Just like that, I ended up drinking the whole thing, thinking it wasn't good for my health... I don't have enough knowledge to say what the soup is like or what the noodles are like, but my criteria for judging is whether it's delicious or not. Only this. And it's delicious. The price is not high, it's very average. I think it's better than fancy ramen because it says this way. Decided to repeat. The inside of the store is a little small with only a counter, but there is a transparent screen that prevents droplets from other customers from flying around. I got the impression that they were taking precautions against infectious diseases.
