More Comments at Google MapOne of the best ramen noodles I have eaten in Japan, especially the spicy oil in this restaurant. Unlike many restaurants in Japan that simply add shichimi tangko and miso, the spicy oil in this restaurant is made with bonito oil, which is medium spicy. With a strong fragrance. Personally, I would recommend noodles with a spiciness level of around 2, which may be a bit salty.
One of the oldest tsukemen restaurants in Chofu. If it's your first time, you should definitely try the tsukemen on the signboard menu. The exquisitely springy noodles and the mellow seafood soup are attractive. You can also adjust the amount of chili oil. It's nice that it's relatively close to the station. If you have no idea what to order, my recommendation here is Tsukemen, the top menu of this restaurant. The combination of the noodles and the soup is awesome.
Seafood soy sauce ramen (special topping) The soup is a light Japanese style soy sauce The noodles are thick and straight with a chewy texture. The pork belly is thickly sliced and so soft that you can cut it with chopsticks. The flavored eggs are super soft-boiled with melting yolks. Other toppings include white hair green onion, crunchy menma, seaweed, and naruto.
