Excellent Ramen and dumplings. Great local experience with very reasonable prices. The ramen noodle dish was very well prepared and the spices were very balanced. Highly recommend this place.

There was a live performance at Ajinomoto Stadium on Saturday, so I visited this shop that I had been interested in for a long time. When I went there, the air conditioner was out of order, and when I entered the store, it was hotter than outside and it was in hard mode. Is the clerk okay with that? I thought (Well, it's going to be an outdoor concert after this.), so I went to eat there. I ordered a beer because I was doing a beer fair with fried rice and gyoza set of rich ramen, and the beer arrived immediately. After walking in the scorching sun from Tobitakyu Station, my sweaty body was soaked in the golden beer. The refrigerator seemed to be safe, and I drank the first glass before the cold glass was covered with water droplets. The saltiness of Takuan, which is permanently installed on the table, was good as an accompaniment. Ordered the second bowl and arrived with ramen. Hot ramen in a hot shop. While sipping the ramen while wiping the sweat with a towel, it was a luxury to chew the dumplings and fried rice that were brought to me alternately in my mouth and wash them down with beer. I hadn't eaten anything since morning, so I felt with my tongue, throat, and stomach that this one meal filled me with water, salt, and calories. The soy sauce flavor of the rich umami ramen and just the right amount of oil in the back fat. Fried rice has the flavor of eggs and char siu. The more I chewed on the gyoza, the more the flavor of the pork spread in my mouth, and I was completely absorbed in it. And the water I drank at the end is unbearable. When I paid the fee and went outside, I felt cool even though the outside temperature exceeded 35 degrees Celsius. The deliciousness so far may have been thanks to the fact that the cooler was out of order. Thanks to eating well at this restaurant and staying hydrated during the live, I was able to make fun memories without getting heat stroke even though I was sweaty. thank you very much.
