Always a good chain yakitori spot. Highly recommend the chicken meatball platter. Very juicy, lots of different flavors. The always love combining ume and shiso. Edit: just visited again today for lunch. Such a gem to find a yakitori spot opened for lunch!!! What you want is definitely the chicken meatball platter. Love the shiso! Excellent quail eggs, which are delicious and my favorite. We had to order two rounds of bacon wrapped mochi—golden!

What a fun and quirky place! Don’t let the entrance deter you. In typical Tokyo style, this hidden gem’s entry is down a flight of stairs off the main strip. The staff are international, so whether you’re proficient or learning the basics, you’ll be taken care of. The kitchen’s happiness is infectious. Try the sake tasting board (¥500), and an assertion of yakitori skewers (¥130 - ¥360 each) to start. It’s neither cheap nor expensive, but it’s worth it.
