October 22 A place invited by my best friend's Japanese friend. Thank you~! It's a high-5 grade! They bring fish and show it to you, just like in the picture. We ordered this and that and the dishes kept coming out. Is the raw fish really soft and chewy? The grilled fish is golden brown and light, and the braised fish is served with rice. Steak makes me want beer. The ending is udon! A luxurious taste that cannot be expressed in photos! It's just a shame that they couldn't list a variety of foods... It was the first high-end izakaya I visited while traveling in Japan. It must have cost quite a bit... Arigato Gozaimasu~
It is close to the Shinjuku West Exit (although the station is spacious, so it takes about 10 minutes to walk from the ticket gate). A local izakaya that specializes in seafood. I remember it used to be at the east exit, but now it's only at the west exit. The shop is clean and smoking is allowed. There is only one problem with equipment. It is divided into the first floor and the basement floor, and the basement floor is a private room, but the signal of Softbank is very weak. I could barely make a call, but data communication such as when LINE arrived was late, but I couldn't see the message even if I received a notification, which was difficult. It seems that my companion can use docomo without any problems, so it may be only Softbank, but if you want to eat with good signal conditions for work, etc., you may want to request a seat on the first floor. I wrote about the equipment-related difficulties earlier, but there is a service where you can bring the recommended fresh fish that is familiar to Yakichi in a wagon and let you choose boiled or grilled. I was very satisfied with the taste of the selected fish as well as the other dishes. Today I chose a boiled fish called Ojisan. It was a flaky white-fleshed fish with a seasoning that goes well with sake. If you want to eat delicious fish in a nice atmosphere, I recommend looking for Yakichi nearby.
