We randomly chose whatever seemed nice on the menu, and the meals were all surprisingly awesome. Each came with a small portion but with quite local flavors.

If you tell them your favorite taste of sake, they will tell you which sake looks good. (Since it is a shop, if there is a name you want to drink, they may not carry it.) They will tell you about the sake you like, including brands you don't know about. The Japanese sake is very delicious.
