We use one big whole tomato, and the soup stock that contains that tomato is just delicious! It has a gentle taste, so much so that you can drink up the dashi too★ Everything on the menu is highly satisfying, including vegetables, meat, and rice to finish. Oh, I forgot about dessert, but dessert is also great♪ Although the inside of the restaurant is not large, it has a calm atmosphere, and they have taken strict infection control measures, so you can enjoy your meal with peace of mind.
