A few days ago, I went there for the first time in 4 months. I ate horsemeat raw liver at a horse meat liquor store. Homemade monkfish liver ponzu sauce, soft roe ponzu sauce, and horse meat meatballs on rice. Horse meat heart, chouchin, it's the best.
