July 2023 I was able to visit again, and this time it was a drinking party, so I was able to go. Assorted sashimi, grilled tuna cheeks, dried cod snacks, 2 kinds of mackerel, salt-grilled atka mackerel, salad turnip, etc. Salad turnips are sweet and juicy without being spicy. Atka mackerel also had the best fat ride and I got it all around the bone. The smoked shime mackerel is rich and rich and goes well with sake. In detail, it looks like a translucent pink bonito flake on top of the sashimi. I enjoyed it very much with a very interesting texture and taste. Thank you for the meal.
