We stumbled upon this place by accident. The space is cosy and seats probably 8 people max. The food was delicious. It was cooked perfectly and paired harmoniously in terms of sight and flavor. The signs are in Japanese only, but the owner is friendly and speaks basic English and can give a simple translation of the menu items.

I ordered a set meal of grilled silver cod for lunch at a small Japanese restaurant. The lineup includes a salad with celery leaves, spinach with sesame sauce, seasoned konnyaku, fried egg, and miso soup with barley miso. The main dish, grilled silver cod, is marinated in sake lees and barley miso. It has a strong yet gentle taste, and the heat is perfect. Rice goes well with Charabuki. Even though it's a university town, I'm happy with the polite and warm taste. 1,760 yen (grilled silver cod set meal)

Enmusubi is near Ekoda Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line. A restaurant where you are sure to return for the dishes served with your husband. I visited for lunch today. I had a set meal of amberjack sashimi that was recommended by the host. I also wanted to eat conger eel rice, so I ordered it. Both were exquisite~(^O^) For take-out, I received their signature ``gameni bento''. Perhaps it was a service, but there was so much stew in it that I couldn't close the lid. thank you very much!
