This is an izakaya called the mecca of Nishiwaseda college students. It was the most delicious omelet rice I've ever had in my life. Aside from the omurice, all the menu items are delicious. Be sure to try it!! The owner and staff are all friendly. There are only a few seats, so there may be a wait on weekends.
