It is a hideaway-like izakaya with a goodwill at a shop along Waseda-dori. The interior of the store is also a calm space with a Japanese taste, so adults can enjoy it slowly rather than students. At this restaurant, you can enjoy Japanese-style snacks such as fresh sashimi, robatayaki, and oden. This time, we had a standard course that you can enjoy Tototokemuri's classic popular menu for 4400 yen + all-you-can-drink for 2200 yen. The contents of the course are as follows. ・The Premium Malt's All-you-can-drink beer was premol. The bubbles were fine and delicious. ・3 types of sake side dishes An assortment of 3 types of cold dishes: wasabi greens and steamed chicken, tomato and yuzu pickles, and specialty potato salad. Tomato was juicy and refreshing with a yuzu-flavored soup stock. In addition, the potato salad had a curry-flavored pickle on top, and the curry flavor matched the rich potato salad with cheese. ・Five kinds of sashimi with figure ~special sea urchin soy sauce~ There were 5 types of tuna, flounder, flathead, sea bream, and yellowtail. I had a fish called flathead for the first time, but it was delicious with white meat that was firm and crunchy like a high-end fish. The sashimi sauce comes with the shop's special sea urchin soy sauce and roasted sake, which is a combination of Japanese sake and dashi stock. Both sauces are delicious, and it is recommended to have the red meat with soy sauce and wasabi, and the white meat with roasted sake. ・Sea bream soup and salt oden Oden made with salt and sea bream soup can be selected from 3 types: radish, egg, fried fish cake, and fried fish cake. The soup had a good amount of sea bream soup, and it was rustic, but it had a rich and deep taste, and each ingredient was well soaked. The satsuma-age seemed to be using sea bream surimi and was chewy. ・Kaku Highball ・ Beef tataki with condiments Seared beef topped with plenty of green onions. The outside was well-baked and meaty, but the center was just the right amount of rare and tender. It was served with a sour sauce like ponzu sauce, and the beef was wrapped around green onions. ・Alfonsino grilled in Saikyo, Awaji onions grilled with rock salt Saikyo-yaki of red snapper had a very good miso flavor and richness, and the skin was crispy and the body was greasy, and it was full of the flavor of the sea bream. Also, the onions used were from Awaji Island and were very large. The sweetness of the onion itself was felt well, and it was fresh and delicious. ・Midori gin soda Green gin is also included in all-you-can-drink. ・ Rare tuna cutlet The batter part is crispy, but the tuna part inside was so rare that it could be called sashimi, and the texture was interesting. Because it was red meat, it was light and matched with the cutlet. I have attached the source of the characteristic that comes with it. ・Sea urchin rice ball At the end of the course, a large and luxurious rice ball with plenty of sea urchin and tobiko was served. The combination of rich creamy sea urchin and rice balls is of course outstanding, and it is even more delicious when you eat it with a little sea urchin soy sauce that was used for sashimi. The volume is perfect and I am very satisfied. As I wrote at the beginning, this time I received a 6600 yen course that allows you to enjoy the entire menu of the store, and all of them were elaborate and delicious menus. In addition, in the a la carte, there were other high-end fish such as Nodokuro and various obanzai, which looked delicious. There are quite a few types of sake, so this shop is recommended for sake lovers. I think it's perfect for people who want to drink at an izakaya without students in Takadanobaba, so please try it.
This shop is like a hideaway in Takadanobaba. The interior is calm and the lighting is stylish, making it a great place for celebrations, work, or with friends. It was luxurious from the appetizer to the snacks, appetizers, and the final meal. The sashimi platter served with special sea urchin and soy sauce was especially delicious! There was a wide variety of sake, which was perfect for me, who loves fish. There are many other types of alcohol, and my personal favorite is the Ryukyu Lemon Sour. Not only are they helpful in the store, but the staff are very warm and attentive, even going out of their way to deliver something I forgot at the store. If you are looking for a restaurant to celebrate an anniversary or birthday, or if you want to drink in a relaxed atmosphere, please give this place a try. The cost performance is also good and I recommend it! I think I want to go again. thank you very much.
