We need to start doing 6 star ratings so we can do this place justice. This was crazy good! The sashimi was some of the best I ever had. The udon was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - they made it fresh in front of you - and the dashi was actually the best I've ever had. I would recommend all of the smoked stuff while you have a beer. A-maze-ing.

I have used it 3 times so far. Each item is delicious. The final udon noodles are also quite transparent. "Once you get used to your brother's bluntness, you'll be fine, and the guy who gave you a low rating" What is this? The photo is of Surah Udon

Kitakyushu's famous udon noodle bar, Buzen Urauchikai, has opened in Arakicho, Shinjuku. I'm so happy! Recently, I often see Buzen Urauchikai in udon specials. It is a 5-minute walk from Akebonobashi Station and a 7-minute walk from Yotsuya Sanchome Station. This shop is a udon shop or an izakaya style restaurant that ends with udon! I became a fan when I was on a business trip to Kitakyushu for a while, and I think their udon noodles are the best in Japan! What can be done in Shinjuku Ward? Moreover, a gourmet town called Arakicho The menu is mainly tempura. I ordered a lot of things, but when they came out, they were all surprisingly large, and the shrimp was huge! Manganji also has a filling response, and is a bit different from shishito. Homemade lemon sour using Kinmiya is refreshing and you can drink it smoothly. 500 yen for the final udon noodles The noodles are chewy and look translucent and sparkling. It looks like fresh squid sashimi. I think it's a unique noodle that is completely different from the so-called Sanuki Koshi. At another table, the owner of a Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant in Arakicho happened to come by, and he said it was delicious. Since I was there until the end, the clerk asked me if I would like to try it. This is also delicious. It seems that they intend to ignore the cost, or to put it out below the cost (laughs) It's just opened, so orders and serving food are hectic, but I wonder if it's just opened... Since my company is nearby, I think I'll let you go here and there.
