It's a shop that I've been interested in since before it was in my neighborhood. Open style with counter main. The kitchen is kept clean. First of all, I was fascinated by the juicy pork tongue and hot fried squid that day. The owner and staff are nice, and the dishes are seasonal and carefully selected ingredients. Hayabori's bamboo shoots were delicious. I would like to go on a day when I want to have delicious food in a casual atmosphere.

The food is very delicious and each dish is carefully crafted, making it a dish you won't find at other restaurants. There was also a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, including sake that I personally selected, which made my friends who are picky about alcohol happy.
