Excellent staff despite just breaking a glass, cheap hour long unlimited drinks and ALRIGHT prices for food. Hope there are a few locals willing to treat you ;)

Hegi soba for rice. One offal stew per person is ¥150. "I'd like to ask you for something else...?" When I said that, I was told that "raw jellyfish vinegar (¥395) is quite popular." Both have different tastes and are strong. Each one is delicious. I looked at other posts and got the impression that it was very crowded, but there was no wait and there was a seat. I'm not a big drinker, but if you're an alcoholic, I think this is an irresistible restaurant.
