I went to eat New Year's Eve soba on New Year's Eve. The atmosphere is exactly "old-fashioned soba restaurant". A friendly staff member gave me a recommendation, and I ordered tempura soba. The tempura was of course freshly fried, and the shrimp was especially delicious. I have never eaten shrimp tempura that was so plump inside and so crispy outside. Ebiten other than here was Ebiten enough to make you feel that it was no longer Ebiten. I will definitely come to eat this tempura again next year. They were also selling takeaways outside, so I bought soba, tamagoyaki, and grilled mackerel sushi. The tamagoyaki is not sweet, and they use soba sauce. My child was overjoyed and it disappeared in an instant, so next time I will buy a lot to take home.

I walked into this restaurant as I was passing by, and I was surprised to see that they had a variety of dishes, including daily specials, lunch menus, sake accompaniments, and soba noodles. The taste was so good that I instantly became a fan!

It's soba noodles, but the single dish is also delicious. There are many kinds. The tongue stew was delicious.
