Sincere shop captain, Mr. Mitsui. Clearly he understood we weren’t locals, but still provided too service in every aspect. As the eats progressed, he made efforts to check on us and ensured we were more comfortable, within what he could do (especially since we were accompanied with a child). Friendly, with one of the best fried chicken in Tokyo (I feel), I’m definitely returning!
