A restaurant that recently opened in GEMS Ichigaya. There are counter seats and table seats, and the table seats are completely private rooms. Below is what I ate ■ Grilled chicken Thigh (308 yen) Liver and Heart: ¥308 Homemade meatballs (330 yen) ■ Oden Shrimp whole length 418 yen Radish 308 yen Egg 198 yen Octopus legs 418 yen Small bowls and special dishes (I forgot to write down the prices, but they are all around 300-800 yen) Yamakake tuna chilled tomato braised pork Ochazuke Yonaki Ramen For yakitori, Daisen chicken, which has a lot of fat and is tender, is grilled over Binchotan charcoal, making it fragrant and juicy! The thigh was delicious at an impressive level 🤤 The oden is rich in flavor with a dashi stock made from Rishiri kelp and bonito. In addition to the standard radish and egg, there are also unusual ingredients such as shrimp and octopus legs! Personally, the shrimp majo was plump and the best✨ All of the exquisite dishes had a twist in taste and appearance, and were so fun and delicious that I ended up ordering too many. Braised pork is not on the menu, but the store recommended it, so I tried it, and it was amazing. The ramen I ate at the end was also delicious with a light soup with a dashi broth.
